I am currently in the process of very slowly rolling out a new scheduling software. As ever cautious of "unknown-unknowns" I'm manually entering availabilities one opening at a time.
There are new "The Fine Print" (policy) updates that will go with the new system. If you're feeling adventurous or curious, please feel free to use the new system available by clicking here. The one thing I ask for you is your cooperation (i.e. your patience) as I lay out the new system. As a token of appreciation, there is a $10 discount on any reading you choose if you use the coupon code (details on that page). If you don't find any openings, it's because someone else beat you to it - but as stated above, I'll be manually creating availabilities so please keep your eyes peeled. Once the schedule is full for this month, I'll update you all here.
You can still join the waitlist form if you prefer for now. It will use the soon to be old (i.e. the current) booking system you see below. The new scheduling software will allow for waitlisting, but in the future once the test runs are completed . At this point, it's a careful transition.
The availabilities in the new scheduling system are not going to be accessible in the current system.
Note: between the calendar and bookings off the waitlist, appointments fill up very quickly. If booked off the old system (Schedulista), you have till up to 48 hours prior to your appointment to submit payment and avoid automated cancellation. Payment secures your appointment. Please consider paying immediately after you book in order to allow others a fair opportunity for an appointment. With the new booking system (through TimeTap) payment is required immediately as part of the flow.

Book Your Appointment in
3 Simple Steps:
Check your email confirmation.
I'll contact you on the dot, or within 5 minutes after the scheduled time, provided payment was sent.
All readings are conducted by phone or Skype.
If I could offer in-person readings, I would, but I can't, so I don't.
STEP 1: Schedule an Appointment
This step must be completed before submitting payment for phone/Skype readings.
After you schedule your reading, you will receive 3 emails: a confirmation, a reminder, and a follow up.
The confirmation email is the one you should look out for before you pay.
You will lose your payment if you send it before getting the confirmation.
Note: a PayPal receipt is not a booking confirmation. PayPal is exclusively and solely for transactions.

Please keep in mind that Central Time (CT) zone is the default.
You can manually adjust the time zone when you click on a date.
If you don't find any openings, please sign up on the waitlist and I'll add you to the calendar on the backend. If you're feeling adventurous, please head to the new scheduling system (link limited to update above).

Please do not pay before completing this step to assure you do not lose payment!

STEP 3: Payment
At this step, you should have already received your confirmation email from the booking system.
Be sure to get your automated booking confirmation email BEFORE you pay.
If you haven't gotten your automated booking confirmation by email
and you decide to pay anyway, you will lose payment altogether.
When you book an appointment, there are several payment options available:
PayPal, Credit/Debit Card, or Venmo.
(Secured Through PayPal)
PayPal account not required.
Major Credit, Debit, and Gift cards accepted.

The Fine Print
(Policies, Terms, and Conditions)
This portion is exactly what is written on the "The Fine Print" page.
"The Fine Print" is divided into 5 sections (Payments, Scheduling, Cancellations, Miscellaneous, and Disclaimer).
The contents of "The Fine Print" are the policies, terms, and conditions.
Please submit payment at least 48 hours in advance of your appointment.
Bookings without payments submitted on time will be cancelled through the automated scheduling system.
If you book or are booked 48 hours or less before your reading, please submit payment within 1 hour of receiving your email confirmation to avoid automated cancellation.
For a reading, payment must be submitted after you book but before your reading. For gift certificates, payment must be submitted before it's issued.
Important: If you receive an automated email booking confirmation, the scheduling process is complete; please proceed with payment. If you don't receive an email confirmation within a few minutes, please go back and complete the process.
BE SURE TO GET YOUR BOOKING CONFIRMATION EMAIL FIRST, THEN PAY. No refunds will be issued if you haven't booked before you paid. No exceptions.
Please use only the secure PayPal (direct or credit/debit card) or Venmo methods posted in the "Payment Methods" section or use the secured link sent in the confirmation email.
If your booking email address is different from your PayPal email address, let me know by email or text. I have no way of legally confirming, for example, Michael Mitchell is for Janet Dougherty booked under firstname.lastname@example.org. Even if you think it's obvious, I'd need your confirmation.
If you prefer to log into your PayPal account instead of using the PayPal link or button, send it to as a service, not a gift - that way you are assured with PayPal's buyer protection.
Prices are quoted in USD$ (United States Dollars).
Appointments are conducted/scheduled according to CENTRAL TIME unless it's automatically updated if your device settings permit that, or you can simply update the time zone manually when you book the appointment through the calendar. After you book, your confirmation email will state which timezone you are booked for.
Once scheduled and paid, if for any reason you have to cancel or reschedule, contact me as soon as you can.
If I call you at your scheduled time and you don't answer, I'll leave a voicemail and/or a text message. Please try to text or call back within 5 minutes of your appointment or your reading will have to be rescheduled. If you miss the rescheduled reading, your time and payment will be forfeited. No refund. No exceptions.
Missed appointments due to incorrect contact info is the responsibility of the person who submitted the info.
There is no charge for rescheduling an appointment. For a cancelled appointment (i.e. you cancel the appointment for any reason with no reschedule within 30 days) you will receive a full refund minus a $5.00 processing fee.
If you are within the USA and do not meet the requirements for a Skype reading, your reading will be done by phone.
FOR CLIENTS OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES: When booking a phone reading, you will be contacted by Skype (non-video call) if you don't have a U.S. based number. Please provide your Skype name in the notes section of booking. I do not conduct readings by phone for non-US numbers.
If you book a Skype reading, please send me a connection request after you pay.
Being on the waitlist does not guarantee an earlier appointment.
