99.999999% of the time your appointment was cancelled because payment wasn't received. When your reading is cancelled, a note is included in the cancellation email from the appointment system.

I will need your birth info. That consists of:
- Your date of birth
- Your location of birth (city, state/province, county/parish, country)
- Your *exact* time of birth. Accurate times aren't only important, they are essential.

If you don't have your birth time, you can get your exact birth time (to the minute) from your LONG FORM birth certificate. The short form will not have it recorded in most states (Kansas and Missouri included).
You can get your Long Form Birth Certificate from the Department of Vital Statistics in the city you were born, or a baby book, a family holy book (such as a bible), or a photo book. Often, mother's memory isn't as long-term as our lives are simply because, well, life. Most mother's remember, "Sometime in the morning," or, "Sometime after the 5:30 AM" yet the birth certificate will reflect "8:37 AM".
You can also order your Long Form Birth Certificate from the secured and encrypted Lexis Nexis agency that the grand majority of states in the U.S.A. use, Vital Chek at www.vitalchek.com. Mind you, this may take around two weeks and costs somewhere between $25.00 - $30.00 as of 2021.
Please note that sometimes as little as 2 minutes can make a major difference in your chart. Your ascendant (the constellation rising in the Eastern horizon at the time you were born) can change within 2 minutes, as can the sign your Moon is in. The ascendant and Moon are major points in your chart. Aspects (how planets connect) can also change so please keep in that in mind when booking an astrology reading as it can affect accuracy, especially with timing. If timing isn't important and you have an estimated time, we can do a quick diagnostics to help nail it down more accurately.
YES!!!!!!!!!!!!: clear quesions! Also, a relaxed and OPEN state of mind works in tune with the messages to be received. If you have questions about someone else, please have their name (first, middle, and surname) as well as their birthdate ready. I may ask you to write them down when it's time to read about them - or you can tell me if it's easier (it's faster to just tell me too). By all means, please avoid wide, vague, non-specific questions such as, "Tell me about my love life," or "I want a general outline". You wouldn't do that at a restaurant, appointment with your doctor, or even if you go to a library. I don't read minds, I read the messages from the ethers.

Overall, not to worry, I can determine at the start of our reading depending on what your questions are. In that case, please have your birth info (especially your exact time of birth ready) in case astrology is best.
Truth is, I don't know, but I can say this:
- As of 2020, 88% of clients return for at least one more reading during a calendar year.
- I'm never 100% right 100% of the time. (If I was, I'd be God.)
- What helps a lot with accuracy: you being TOTALLY ready for the truth... which means you are OPEN to the news that comes from the etheric feed. If you're ready to hear the messages even if it's not what you're hoping to hear, you'd be surprised with how accurate I am. I often am told by return clients how my predictions that are unfathomable or unimaginable come true. (P.S. If you're at that level of openess, the truth won't be awful, I promise.)
